Meet the Board
FRANKIE | Chief Tickle Officer
Frankie arrived to Puggles Bath and Groom in August 2021 via a charity organisation after proving his life service to a puppy farm. After settling in to his forever company, Frankie demonstrated his strength of loving and the art of being a family member of the company. More importantly, since discovering family life, he quickly established himself as the best 'mummy's boy' requesting tickles full time. We are glad we hired Frankie as part of our board and can provide him a second life as part of the forever company family.
AGGIE | Chief Strategic Officer
Introducing Aggie who joined our board in 2021 as assistant to Pug (Chief Cuddle Officer). When the role became available, Aggie was promoted and quickly established herself as Chief Strategic Officer for Puggles Bath and Groom. Aggie knows exactly what she wants, how to achieve it and will not give up until her strategic objectives are achieved. At the same time, Aggie has a soft and loveable business persona. Her contributions have been wildly recognised and helped to elevate our salon to another level.
CLIFFORD | Chief stylist
After a successful career in retail and marketing, Clifford has hung up his laptop and tie and decided to pursue his passion with dogs. Coming from a dog family background, Clifford has always loved dogs - from King Charles Cavaliers to Westies and from Cockapoo to Spaniels - he has always enjoyed the company of dogs. Trained as a Level 3 City and Guild Dog Groomer and with qualifications of animal care and handling skills, supported by Dog and Cat 1st Aid qualification, Clifford is well equipped to look after your friend and cater for their grooming needs.
In loving memory of Max and Pug
It has taken almost four years before we have had the courage to write this tribute… Max (Chief Love-Providing Officer) and Pug (Chief Cuddle Officer) have both now crossed the eternal rainbow, they remain in our hearts every single day. Their love and their support being part of the family business was immense and their important contribution to our business success was greatly recognised. Their departure has left a big hole in our lives and whilst we have new members joining, Max and Pug can never truly be replaced. Be happy… forever boys x Clifford
PUG | Chief Cuddle Officer
Pug (aka Puggles) joined the board nine months after Max. We loved his CV and decided head-hunted him from the RSPCA to fulfil the role of CCO. Pug loves people and he will network with anyone. As an entrepreneur and using his highly tuned CCO skills, Pug is never shy to explore boundaries, pushing his limits to fulfil his desires. Pug has brought unlimited cuddles, love and cuteness to the brand and we are very pleased with his contribution... long may he continue.
MAX | Chief Love-Providing Officer
This is why we hired him. Max, joined the Puggles Director Board in 2012 as his forever home after serving a short time with the RSPCA. Since Max's arrival, he has increased the love and happiness of our home, his endless, unquestionable love has given tons of warmth and closeness to the family. A perfect CLO who always tries to please everyone and never does anything wrong. His support is never far away at work, he is always there ankle to ankle, lap to lap. As a CLO, he works closely with his colleagues, doing what he does best... Love-Providing.
