Outstanding service from start to finish. From the moment I first booked in with Puggles I was blown away by the service – Clifford called and we discussed Ted/the groom at length which put me at ease. I’m not the easiest customer and can definitely be a bit picky when it comes to Ted’s coat (a scruffy groom isn’t the easiest brief to follow! :)). Ted is a golden doodle and has a difficult coat to manage but the time and effort that Clifford and his team take to get him looking perfect is unmatched.
Clifford communication is outstanding, he consistently does an incredible job with Ted’s groom and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He genuinely cares about Ted, my wishes and the end result. Thank you for the service you provide – I would not trust Ted with anyone else.
