My 16-week old Mini Schnauzer’s due for her first puppy groom, and as Puggles is local to me I gave Clifford a ring. He went through the process of first groom with me, explaining what he’ll do, how long it’ll take, and that it’s an introduction session rather than full on adult groom, which was really reassuring for me. Upon arrival at appointment, Clifford had another chat with me to confirm details and again was super reassuring and thorough. He texted halfway through the session to let me know how it’s going and when to pick my puppy up! Juno came home fluffy, smelling amazing and seemed to have enjoyed her experience.
